We understand that product(s) will need to be returned from time to time for various reasons. Please contact us, and we will respond in a timely fashion with the return authorization information and further directions.

All new, unused, undamaged product may be returned to Northeast Direct within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping for a refund, replacement, or credit to the original purchaser of the amount paid. We will contact you with the details and return label which is needed to return the product to Northeast Direct.
